You can transfer money from ŞOK to ŞOK, to a bank account, or to a credit card, and pay your bills at ŞOK markets.
In collaboration with ŞOK Market Chain, which aims to meet almost all the basic needs of customers "from a single location" and from the nearest point to their homes with 7,400 stores in 81 provinces of Turkey, bill collection and money transfer services are provided at all stores through the N Kolay Payment and Electronic Money Institution system.

Is there a transfer fee?
A service fee of 7.5 TL is charged for each money transfer transaction.
Is there a minimum or maximum limit for money transfers?
There is no minimum limit for name-based transfer, credit card, or IBAN money transfer transactions. The maximum total money transfer amount for the same sender to the same recipient in one go is 4,999.99 TL.
What hours and days can I make transactions?
Money transfer transactions can be made 7 days a week during ŞOK market opening hours. Name-based transfers are processed instantly 7 days a week. However, IBAN transfers and Credit Card Payment transactions are processed until 16:30 on working days. Transactions made after 16:30 or on weekends are processed on the next working day during business hours.
Do you have agreements with all banks for money transfers?
Money transfers can be made to any bank.
How quickly is the money transferred to the recipient?
Name-based transfers are made instantly. Transfers to Credit Cards and IBANs are processed within the day depending on the bank's response. Credit Card Payment and IBAN transfer transactions made on holidays are processed on the next working day.
Can I only make transactions in cash?
Transfers are made in cash only.
In which of your stores can transfer transactions be made?
Money transfer transactions can be made at all ŞOK and ŞOK Mini stores.
Can I make a money transfer via Cepte Şok?
Money transfer transactions cannot be made through Cepte Şok.
Can foreign currency transfers be made?
Only Turkish Lira transfers can be made.
What are the requirements for a money transfer?
Being a Turkish citizen and sharing a mobile phone number are required for the transfer transaction.
Is there a mobile phone money transfer option?
A mobile phone number is required for name-based transfers.
What happens if an incorrect account number / IBAN is provided?
The money transfer will not be processed and the money will be returned.
Can transfers be made to overseas accounts?
Money transfer transactions are only valid within Turkey.
Is it possible to send money from abroad to any ŞOK store?
Money transfer transactions are only valid within Turkey.
Can I transfer money to a bank account abroad?
Money transfer transactions are only valid within Turkey.
How can I collect the incoming money, what are the conditions?
After stating your Turkish ID number, you need to share the code sent to your mobile phone.
How long do I have to collect the incoming money?
The sender is informed about amounts not collected within 30 days, and the sender receives the amount.
I completed the money transfer, can I cancel it afterwards?
The transfer transaction can be cancelled at the store within the same day or through N KOLAY the following day.
If I cancel the money sending transaction, can I get my money back?
The sent amount, excluding the service fee, is returned.
If incorrect information is entered in a money transfer, can it be corrected?
Corrections can only be made during the transaction.
What identification can I use to make a money transfer?
No ID is required for transfers up to the upper limit.
I made the money transfer, how can I track the transaction afterwards?
Transfers to accounts and credit cards are tracked online. For name-based transfers, a message is sent to the recipient at the time of the transaction.

Can I get information about ŞOK Bill Payment?
With ŞOK bill payment, you can easily pay bills from contracted institutions such as electricity, water, natural gas, telephone, cable TV, and internet at all ŞOK store checkouts in 81 provinces of Turkey.
Is a commission or additional fee charged when paying bills at ŞOK stores?
A service fee of between 1.80 TL and 2.50 TL is charged, as the transaction fee may vary for each institution.
Which bills can be paid?
Bills from contracted institutions such as electricity, water, natural gas, telephone, and cable TV can be paid at all ŞOK store checkouts.
Which phone bills can be paid?
Fixed line and mobile phone bills such as Türk Telekom, Vodafone, and Turkcell, as well as service bills such as internet, can also be paid at ŞOK stores.
Is credit card accepted?
No. Bill payments cannot be made by credit card.
Is there an instalment option with a credit card?
No. Bill payments are not made by credit card at ŞOK stores.
Is cash payment available?
Yes. Bills can only be paid with cash.
Is it valid at all your branches?
Yes. It is valid at all ŞOK stores in 81 provinces of Turkey.
Until what time can we pay bills?
You can make payments between store opening and closing hours every day of the week.
For example; I live in İzmir, can I pay the bill for my house in Istanbul? Yes, you can. (However, a few institutions may not allow this due to their own company rules.)
Can I pay bills via Cepte Şok?
No. Bill payment via Cepte ŞOK is not possible.
Is it valid at ŞOK Mini stores?
Yes. Bills can be paid at all ŞOK stores including ŞOK Mini.
Can I pay a bill whose due date has passed?
Yes. All accumulated and unpaid bills appear in the system; you can inform the cashier which one you want to pay.
Can I pay a closed electricity / water / natural gas / phone bill?
Yes. Even if it has been closed, payment can be made by providing the subscriber number.
Is the receipt automatically cancelled when an incorrect subscriber number is entered for electricity and water bill payments?
Yes. The system cancels the receipt when an incorrect subscriber number is entered.
