Born in 1973, Haluk Yum is a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Business Administration (English) Department. Having started his banking career in 1996 as an Assistant Inspector, Yum served in roles including Inspector, Branch Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Cash Management Manager at several banks including Şekerbank, Sümerbank, Egebank, Oyak Bank, and ING Bank, and in 2013, he served as Head of Retail Banking at Aktif Bank. Since 2014, he has been serving as the founding General Manager and Board Member of N Kolay Payment and Electronic Money Institution Inc., a subsidiary of Aktif Bank.

Born in 1982, Anıl Tangül began his career as a graduate of İzmir Institute of Technology, Computer Engineering Department. Also a Systems Engineer, Tangül built an extensive experience portfolio by focusing on financial technologies and the banking sector since 2004. In the early years of his career, Tangül worked as a software engineer, and in 2007 stepped into the payment systems field as a senior software engineer at Asseco SEE. From 2011, he served as software architect and product development manager at Asseco SEE / Payten, establishing and managing technology teams in Kosovo and Macedonia. He then served as Director responsible for product development and R&D activities at Linktera Bilgi Teknolojileri. At GönderAl Payment Institution, he took on significant responsibilities as Assistant General Manager, CTO and Board Member. Since July 2023, he has continued to serve as Assistant General Manager responsible for Information Technologies and CTO at N Kolay Payment and Electronic Money Institution Inc.
